    Vidyalaya has received robotics kit, drone, 3D pen , some booklets and sensor programming kit under this head of PM SHRI SCHEME.
    ON 3 July 2024 XI B students assembled drone parts on their own and flew the drone. It was an enthusiastic experience for students and teachers.
    First time children experienced this and started thinking about building one drone under a project. Somebody said mam we will capture our school function with this . So yes this was the happiness among children.
    On 5 July 2024 we wrote our vidyalaya name with 3-D pen and showed it to our DC mam on PM SHRI INSPECTION visit. She was very happy to know the progress and upgradation of thinking skills in students regarding these new skills.
    Now we have started working on robotics kit and soil moisture detection kit. Soon our children will be able to make projects based on these new age technologies.

    PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA NASIK ROAD CAMP
    REPORT ON VIDYALAYA NURSERY PROJECT
    (An environmental initiative, ensuring a greener and healthier Environment for all)

    In a significant move towards Green school and green surroundings Vidyalaya developed own nursery which resulted into a beautiful building of Vidyalaya and a helping hand to all who need saplings . In this regard Vidyalaya has taken following steps:
    Measures taken to develop a nursery:

    1.  Vidyalaya developed a nursery, Kitchen Garden and nutrition garden with the help of all stake holders i.e. parents, students, teachers. It is an initiative towards Community participation also.
    2. Students are helping in taking care of all plants and growing saplings . Every 15 days a particular class section is given duty for maintenance of plants and area in the surrounding. A gardener is there to help them in this . This develops a sense of team work and sensitivity towards environment in children.

    Community participation:

    1. Saplings are provided free of cost to parents in PTM
    2. Children can also take saplings at home also that too free of cost.

    Appreciation by district Collector:

    Our Principal Mr. Devendra Olawat presented A sapling to Honourable District collector of Nasik and explained project to him. He appreciated the project and ensure help if needed in development of this project at a larger scale.

    Welcoming Digantaries :
    Adhering to the letter issued by KVS HQ, in true letters and spirits the dignitaries are given warm welcome by presenting a sapling in place of flower bouquet.

    Awareness campaigns:

    1.  Free distribution of saplings ensures that parents are aware of different variety of plants which are helpful in clean environment.
    2.  Students have also started taking care of plants at their home also which is a motivating factor for Vidyalaya.
      Field Visit
    3.  For strengthening our motive, school organised a field visit for students of class IX and X to ‘Krishithon’ India’s largest Expo and Agri exhibition.

    Conclusion:
    As we are committed towards our goal of green school and green environments, we are continuously upgrading ourselves with new technologies , plant and other methods like drip irrigation , vermicompost which can be helpful in achieving a milestone in this regard.
