Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, as an educational organization committed to providing high-quality school education, requires to have fully committed and professionally competent employees – both teaching and non-teaching. The prime aim is to provide quality training to equip the Teachers and the Staff with knowledge, skills and attitude required for their professional development so that they contribute to the growth and development of students entrusted to their care.
KVS aims to offer comprehensive long and short-term training, including in-service courses, to enhance the efficiency of individuals in their professional and departmental responsibilities. Moreover, Induction/orientation programmes for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the KVS system are also conducted as and when required.
In addition to KVS training programmes, teachers are encouraged to participate in and complete various courses, workshops, and modules designed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
The Vidyalaya hosts from time to time various in house trainings for teachers through online and offline platforms.
